With the revival of disco in the past couple of years who would have guessed that Norway would be one of the forces behind the comeback of the genre. The frozen north has been delivering a new generation of artists, DJs, producers and labels, such as Internasjonal and Feedelity, heavily influenced by the retro-futuristic sound of space disco and cosmic beats.

One of the biggest representatives of the Scandinavian disco invasion are Lindstrøm and occasional partner in crime Prins Thomas, who reunite in London for this second edition of Ekstravaganza, and who are also joined by Magnus International, the big boss behind Full Pupp records. Prove that Norway has much more to offer the world than delicious cod fish and, a-ha!, synth pop bands.
