<description_plain>Representing nearly every genre imaginable—some sounding appropriately fantastical with names like "cosmic", Sounds of the Universe offers an endless black hole of CDs and vinyl sourced from traditional distributors and international suppliers. Rare selections of Japanese soul imports and Jamaica reggae releases are to both to be found.

This smallish record shop thinks big, giving reason for its name, as avid music lovers and DJs pour through the carefully combed collection beside kids flipping through and picking up the newest hip-hop and rock albums. With musical stylings selected from a variety of the continents, from African to Brazilian to innovations in Grime and Dubstep at home in the UK, Sounds of the Universe truly reflects a varied and vast territory of music ready to sound off any party with a sonic boom. An eclectic display of books, DVDs, T-shirts and bags are enough to make those looking for something more materialistic starry-eyed.</description_plain>
