<description_plain>Brick Lane, also fondly called Banglatown, is a mix of Bangladeshi culture, street market and trendy club nights in East London. The mixture may sound quite bizarre, but it actually works.

It's also increasingly more of a tourist trap these days. Famous for its curry restaurants, vintage and designer clothes shops and vibrant nightlife venues such as 93 Feet East and The Vibe bar, the 1km-long stretch is populated by street vendors on the weekends pawning pretty much everything: second-home appliances to exotic world food, bikes and all sorts of bric-a-bracs.</description_plain>
